Transmitting Lice

Parents teach their children the value of sharing. That's a great character trait to instill in children. But just make sure that they know that while we share toys, books, games, crayons and the like, we never, ever share our hats, headscarfs, headcoverings, headbands, combs, brushes and any other hair accessories. That's because lice may be transmitted through the sharing of these personal items.
